About

Hey, I’m Tiffany, a yoga-loving mama from Niagara Falls. Welcome to my little nook of the Internet.

I became a Mama in April 2018 to Buddha Baby, so called because of his easy-going demeanour and oh so squishy Buddha belly. My life has quickly changed to revolve around Buddha Baby 90% of the time, with 10% of my time devoted to keeping my own sanity and individual identity.

Born and raised in the Niagara region, I am a country girl at heart. That being said, it was my “big city” experience in moving to Hamilton that brought me to my love of yoga. Since my very first yoga class on October 28, 2012 at Moksha Yoga in Hamilton, I knew I was hooked. It was walking into that studio to take a “Sweat, Stretch and Unwind” hot yoga class after *welp* listening to my mother’s advice that had me sold. Now this is a noteworthy event because, prior to becoming a mother myself, I very rarely ever took my own mother’s advice! Since then, yoga has become my prime self-care strategy to deal with the various stressors life throws my way.

I’ve decided to start this blog as an additional little self-care strategy to maintain my mental wellness. As I transition into motherhood and learn all things cloth diaper, baby wearing, and how not to break a tiny human; I hope to share a bit of my experience alongside other mamas. It can be hard to maintain grounded when your entire life changes so drastically within the matter of seconds, this is my attempt at balancing Buddha baby’s needs and my own at the same time.

We hope you stay awhile.
